CAN I TRIAL THE SESSIONS TO SEE IF IT SUITS ME?

You sure can. We offer all new clients a 7 day free trial to make sure you are suited to our sessions. To start your Free Trial, simply contact us or click here for your ‘Free Trial’.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE SESSION?

The sessions are tailored for beginners and advanced. The sessions are 45mins long and have a lot of variety, designed to make you fitter and stronger.

CAN ALL FITNESS LEVELS PARTICIPATE?

Yes. We tailor our sessions to ensure that they appeal to all fitness levels. If you have an injury or are not able to complete an exercise, we will aim to provide you with a modification. If you are new to exercise, we will provide you with an alternative to best meet your ability. We make sure that the sessions are challenging and appealing to all members fitness levels.

WHAT HAPPENS IN THE EVENT OF BAD WEATHER, IF THE TIMETABLE CHANGES OR TRAINING FALLS ON A PUBLIC HOLIDAY?

Training is on rain, hail, or shine. We are fortunate enough to have access to an undercover area, so sessions are very rarely cancelled. However, it will be at the trainers discretion if it is safe to train. If a trainer is sick, the time table has to change or be cancelled for some unforeseeable reason, a make up session will be scheduled during that block. Sessions do not generally run on public holidays.

IM NOT EXERCISING AT THE MOMENT, WILL I BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN ELITE OUTDOOR FITNESS’ SESSIONS?

Yes, Elite Outdoor Fitness caters for all ages and fitness levels. Our team of trainers are experts in maximising each workout and no one gets left behind during our sessions

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO THE SESSION?

A water bottle, a towel, any medication, puffers, insulin etc and most importantly a positive attitude.

ARE THERE ANY JOINING FEES OR CONTRACTS?

There are no joining fees, or lock in contracts. Membership fees are deducted on the 1st of the month by direct debit

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP? WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM GOING AWAY FOR A FEW WEEKS?

Once you sign up, there will be recurring payments on the 1st of each month. You may hold, edit or cancel your membership prior to the start of the next month. Just email us at accounts@eliteoutdoorfitness.com.au before 7pm 7 days prior to the start of the month. Let us know what you would like to do, and we can make it happen.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM INJURED?

If you are injured and have a medical certificate simply email your medical certificate to accounts@eliteoutdoorfitness.com.au and we will advise the best way to catch your sessions up. There are no refunds.

WHEN WILL PAYMENT BE TAKEN OUT?

Payment is taken out on the 1st of every month. Every member is on the same payment cycle. Once your free trial is over the remaining sessions in the month will be added to the next payment cycle if less that 2 weeks, if greater than 2 weeks will be deducted the next Monday.

IF I MISS A SESSION CAN I MAKE IT UP?

Yes, sessions can be made up during the current and following month.

DO YOU HAVE A SPECIAL PRICE FOR FULL TIME STUDENTS AND MUMS?

Yes we do, We have a special price for new mums with bubs under the age of 1 and full time students under the age of 25 but you need to send a copy of your student card and photo ID to accounts@eliteoutdoorfitness.com.au

Can I change my membership?

All membership changes must be submitted 7 days prior to the end of the month. Click Here if you want to make changes on your current membership.
