Embracing a new chapter, we rebranded to Elite Outdoor Fitness in 2016 with a fresh vision but the same commitment to community and wellness.

Our founder, Michael Vella, brings a wealth of experience from his professional rugby league career with the Parramatta Eels and later, Hull Kingston Rovers in the UK. With 14 years of professional strength and fitness training under his belt, Michael is passionate about sharing his knowledge. He combines rigorous training with personalized guidance, motivation, and support, all while keeping the atmosphere fun and engaging.
